For the protection of others and also your dog, make sure your dog is in good health and free of parasites, like fleas and ticks.
 

🍖  Nutrition
Please avoid feeding your dog 2-3 hours before the session. We want to keep our furiends highly motivated to work with us.

Please bring the following items: Collar, leash, treats and Robi bags.
 

♾️  Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation made more than 24h in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24h or less before a scheduled session will be fully charged.

Daycare and boarding

❤️‍🩹  Health
For the protection of others and also your dog, make sure your dog is in good health and free of parasites, like fleas  & ticks.
Female dogs who aren’t spayed can’t attend daycare/boarding school for 21 days after their first day of bleeding.
Please inform us immediately if your dog's heat starts before a planned stay.
 

🍖  Nutrition
Please bring enough food & treats for the time of staying. Daycare meals are optional at an extra charge.
 

🦮 Accessories
Please bring the following items: Crate, blanket, food bowl, harness, collar, short leash, and one favorite toy.
It is important for us to let your dogs feel at home.
 

⏱️  Drop off & Pick up
We kindly ask you to book a time slot a day before your arrival. Drop off 08:30-10:30 Pick up 18:30-20:30
 

💶  Payment
- Daycare Please clear your payments 48h before the stay. In case of cash payment, it is optional to do it during drop off.
+8 hours = full day.
Boarding over 3 nights Please clear the payments with your booking.
 

♾️  Cancellation policy
- Daycare In case of cancellation made more than 48h in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 48h or less before a scheduled stay will be fully charged.
- Boarding over 3 nights In case of cancellation made more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 29 days or less before a scheduled stay will be 50% charged.
Cancellations made 48h or less before a scheduled stay will be fully charged.

Female dogs who aren’t spayed can’t attend the session for 21 days after their first day of bleeding.

🍖  Nutrition
We recommend you feed your dog breakfast early and not the whole amount.
we want our dogs motivated and eager to work with us :)Please bring with you some delicious treats.

Please bring a collar, harness, short leash, and one favorite toy. 

⏱️ Time
Please arrive 15 min before the session starts so your dog can do his business and breathe some fresh air beforehand.

Please clear your payments 36h before the session. Payment via bank transfer, Twint & cash.
