The food is prepared through a gentle steam-cooking process, preserving essential nutrients without artificial preservatives. This guarantees a long shelf life of up to six months, without compromising quality or taste.
Developed by Experts
Co-founder Walter Federspiel, a specialist in animal breeding and nutrition, has been researching dog health and feeding since 1983. His passion for creating a natural, allergen-friendly diet led to the launch of AktivDog in 2009. Today, with a state-of-the-art production facility in St. Galler Rheintal, AktivDog provides perfectly balanced meals that support energy, vitality, and long-term health.

AktivDog's complete food meets the highest possible quality through gentle steaming.
AktivDog Poultry
The main ingredients include fresh Swiss chicken meat and eggs. Filling side ingredients such as potatoes and a rich vegetable mix with apple pieces with flaxseed and salmon oil.
Horse with Sweet Potato
Complete food specially formulated for sensitive dogs from one year of age. This variety consists of 50% horse meat (Swiss origin). In addition to the high meat content, we mix in sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, and apple.
AktivDog Beef
A delicious complete food for all dog breeds and age groups, carefully prepared with high-quality Swiss beef. The food is enriched with corn flakes, carrots, fruity apple pieces, and pumpkin.
Suitable for dogs of all ages. This food contains no Carophyll, ensuring that the coat remains beautifully white, making it especially ideal for dogs with white fur. The recipe consists of over 50% Swiss free-range duck.
Red Deer with Buckwheat
Suitable for dogs of all ages. The meat content is 60%, complemented with apple, carrots, and buckwheat, an ideal gluten-free option.

Everything from Sheep
The entire animal is processed into the food without bones. It contains all parts, including muscle meat, organs, green tripe, and fat, just as they naturally occur. The sheep are all sourced from Swiss pasture farming.
